Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 C dates, pitted and chopped
2 C rolled oats
1/3 C vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, Mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil and vanilla. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Drop by tsp onto an ungreased coolie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
